To secure your date on our calendar, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer fee. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. Since we often book up 6–12 months in advance for New Orleans wedding season, we recommend reaching out as soon as your venue is confirmed!

Our collection prices are fixed to ensure we provide the highest quality equipment, professional lighting, and premium service for every client. However, we are happy to work with you to customize a package (like adjusting hours or add-ons) to better fit your specific event needs and vision.

We typically require a 10' x 10' area with a level surface and a height clearance of at least 8 feet. We also need access to a dedicated standard 110V power outlet within 15 feet of the setup area. If your event is outdoors, the booth must be under a covered, weather-protected area.

Absolutely! All of our collections include a Live Digital Gallery. Guests can scan a QR code or enter their phone/email at the booth to receive their captures instantly. If you have the Gold Collection, we can even set up a Live Slide Show so your guests can watch the fun happen in real-time on a large display.
